Order and Shipping

• All our prices are in Singapore Dollars
• We do not charge Goods and Service Tax (GST)
• Payment may be paid by ATM transfer and internet banking transfer (Singapore only)

Placing Orders

For customisation:

• Email us your order to jac-a-ass@hotmail.com.
• Send us your preferred design, describe, or send in sketches.
• If you would like to add your own materials or decorations, onto the diaries feel free to send them to us. [We will pay for your postage fees]
• We will respond to your email within 24hrs :)
• OR: We could serve you regarding the design on MSN (Please notify me in advance through email)
• Diaries will only be made upon receiving payment.

For products:

• You can email us your orders to jac-a-ass@hotmail.com in THIS FORMAT
• An email acknowledgement will be sent to you within 24 hrs upon successful order.

Payment

We provide payment through:

• ATM transfer and iBanking transfer
  • POSB Savings Account No.: [403-14771-0]
• Once the payment is processed, please allow 3-4 days for delivery (For non-customised items only)

Delivery

Purchases will be packed with the utmost care to ensure that they arrive in good condition via Singpost. (Wrapping services is also available)

• Delivery fees will calculated and added to your purchases.
• For purchases:
  • Up to $29.99, >$2.50
  • $30.00 to $59.99, >$4.00
  • $60.00 to $89.99, >$5.00
  • $90.00 and above > Free!!!
• Registered mail would be an additional $2.00. (To prevent loss of packages)
• A handling fee of $0.50 is applicable to facilitate packing and delivery.
• We provide cash on delivery for orders $30 and above. Please note that we do not provide home delivery(Delivery Fees will be waived).We will meet you at :
  • Clementi MRT(Mon to Sun),
  • Ang Mo Kio MRT- Jurong East MRT(Weekdays only),
  • Orchard/ Plaza Singapura
• NOTE: Customised products will not be delivered within 3-4 days as they are only made after ordering. It might take around one week.

Gift Wrapping Service

For your loved ones? Too busy to wrap it yourself? We also provide gift wrapping service!!

• Additional $1.50 per item. (Normal Wrapping)
• Additional $3.00 or more if you would like to contain your items in a box.

Exchange and After Sales

• Goods sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
• Please be advised that we do not accept cancellation once payments are made.
• You may only change your orders before payment.
